IBM’s comprehensive approach to corporate citizenship aligns with their values and maximizes the impact they have as a global enterprise. They focus their community engagement and corporate service programs on specific areas of societal need, such as employment transition support for military, veterans, and military family members through Corporate America Supports You (CASY). It is only logical that responsibility for good corporate citizenship extends to all divisions of the company, because corporate citizenship at IBM consists of far more than community service. IBM is a company of more than 425,000 employees, doing business in nearly 170 countries. IBM manages a supply chain of more than 27,000 suppliers; supports a vast network of stakeholders — from clients, employees and business partners to community leaders and investors. The work they do impacts not only other companies’ business success, but the efficiency and innovation of countries, cities, governments, communities and our planet’s critical infrastructure.

For these reasons, IBM’s business is inherently required to pursue the highest standards of social responsibility, from how we support and empower their employees, to how they work with their clients, to how they govern the corporation, and how they support communities throughout the world.

As a specialty health care manager, Magellan Health Services focuses on some of today's most complex and costly health care services. Aviation Material and Technical Support (AVMATS) was one of the pioneers in providing alternatives for the support and maintenance of corporate aircraft. In response to customer requests for improved parts availability and more reasonably priced proprietary items, we set out to develop independent sources. Today's competitive parts pricing and conditional choices enjoyed by corporate operators can be largely attributed to AVMATS' unwillingness to accept the status quo of the industry.

Call of Duty Endowment helps veterans find high quality careers by supporting groups that prepare them for the job market and by raising awareness of the value vets bring to the workplace. We envision the most effective and efficient network of non-profits focused on placing veterans into high quality careers.

Our aim is to identify and fund the best-in-class organizations to place 25,000 veterans in jobs by the end of 2018.

The Call of Duty Endowment uses a venture philanthropy approach. In essence, we fund the best organizations we can find-with strings attached. Recipients must demonstrate effective and cost-efficient veteran job placement. When they do, we encourage their growth and operations with additional funding, advise and support.

Marcone was established in St. Louis, Missouri in 1932 during the Great Depression. Our company founder, Harry Markow (1890-1975), began the business as a door-to-door salesman for rebuilt vacuum cleaners before moving into washer and dryer parts during World War II.

Over the past few years the company’s Property Maintenance, Cooling and Heating markets have grown substantially. To better reflect the diversity of markets now being serviced the name was changed in 2008 to Marcone Supply Company.
